Our pricing structure is highly competitive and flexible. Please note we only collect certain types of commercial waste which are not deemed hazardous. See Accepted Commercial Waste for further information.

Normal cardboard and paper recycling collections will take place until Friday 23 December 2011 when the following changes will occur due to Bank Holidays.

If your regular collection day is not listed your refuse will be collected as per usual. Normal collections will resume on Monday 9 January 2012.
We do our best to collect all business waste inline with your agreement. However, before you report a missed collection, please check that:
If all of the above apply, please report it to us by contacting Customer Services.
Your rubbish will be collected if we establish it was overlooked by us. We will endeavour to collect it by the end of the next working day of it being reported. We would not normally phone you back following your report of a missed bin.
However, if your bin was repeatedly missed we may phone you in order to establish the cause. The bin is classed as 'repeatedly missed' if this has happened more than once in the last two months and was deemed to be an oversight on our part.
