Report A Missed Collection

We do our best to collect all business waste inline with your agreement. However, before you report a missed collection, please check that:

  • Your collection day is correct
  • Your rubbish was out from 6.00 am on the day of collection
  • Your rubbish contains the correct business waste and quantity (excess / overfilling waste may be left behind);
  • Your rubbish was on the edge of your property in a clearly visible location
  • Your rubbish was properly contained (e.g. not left loose in the bin or on the pavement)
  • Access to your rubbish was clear

If all of the above apply, please report it to us by contacting Customer Services.

Your rubbish will be collected if we establish it was overlooked by us. We will endeavour to collect it by the end of the next working day of it being reported. We would not normally phone you back following your report of a missed bin.

However, if your bin was repeatedly missed we may phone you in order to establish the cause. The bin is classed as 'repeatedly missed' if this has happened more than once in the last two months and was deemed to be an oversight on our part.
