I normally catch the 9.28 a.m. bus and the next one isn’t until 11.28 a.m, what can be done about this?Contact UsTel: 01273 471600 , Minicom: 01273 484488, Email: lewesdc@lewes.gov.ukYou can visit us at: 32 High Street, Lewes, East Sussex, BN7 2LX This is obviously an inconvenience and in the rural areas it is a particular problem where the bus services are infrequent. Some people have mentioned that they use the buses to attend early morning hospital appointments. We are feeding back these concerns to the County Council who commission some rural bus services and also to the bus operators via the company that manages the scheme on behalf of all Sussex Councils. We are also summarising all of the concerns expressed by pass holders and will provide the information to Lewes District Councillors who review the scheme at least once a year. |
