Spring into Action in 2017 with LEAP
LEAP (the Local Enterprise and Apprenticeship Platform) is Lewes District Council’s innovative programme dedicated to championing new enterprise in Lewes district. After a hugely successful 2016 programme, eventually won by Tracey Horan, we are delighted to announce that LEAP 2017 is now open for entries!
The programme supports local people through an intensive training programme to help them with their plans to start a new business, as well as offering a chance to win £2,500 to help get your business off the ground.
The initial one-day business start-up workshop is open to all residents and potential entrepreneurs who wish to gain essential knowledge to start a new business. From this, fifteen candidates will be selected to receive further training and mentoring support to produce a detailed business plan for judging by an expert panel of local business leaders.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 1 March. More information is available from the LEAP website at: http://yourleap.co.uk/for-entrepreneurs/ or alternatively you can call EDEAL on 01323 641144
