Lewes Heritage Open Days
A once-a-year opportunity to discover hidden architectural treasures and enjoy a range of tours, events and activities which bring life to local history and culture of Lewes is taking place between September 8th and September 11th.
Cllr Nigel Enever, Chair of Lewes District Council, hosted the launch of the Heritage Open Days at an event at Lewes House on Thursday 1 September. He gave a welcome speech to guests including those opening their venues to the public, providing tours and those who are sponsoring the weekend’s events. Guests included Maria Caulfield, MP for Lewes and Cllr Graham Mayhew, Mayor of Lewes.

Venues include Lewes Prison, Harvey’s Depot Cinema, Lewes Old Grammar School and Bull House.
