Artwave, Lewes District Council’s annual festival of Artists and Makers, which takes place over three weekends from 20 August, is delighted to be working together with Lewes Football Club’s Artist’s United for the first time this year.
Many Artwave artists are showing and selling their work at the Artists United exhibition at the Foundry Gallery from 14 – 17 July, with 45% of sale price going towards Lewes FC.   The Artwave team are delighted to be launching their brochure and website  at Artists United’s opening evening on Thursday 14 July.   See the exhibition, meet some of the Artists and get your Artwave copy hot off the press between 7 – 10pm.

Councillor Nigel Enever, Chair of Lewes District Council said: “I have chosen “Arts and heritage in the Lewes District” as my theme of office for the year and I am delighted to focus on Artwave.   I would urge people to take the time to visit the artwave website and find out what is on offer.”
