Soundwave

February half-term can be a cold and dull break but not in the Lewes District! If you are a young person and love music then we can inspire and entertain you!<BR><BR>We have a packed agenda for young people aged 11-18 with events all over the district, from teaching you how to ‘strut your stuff on stage’ to presenting live radio.<BR><BR>Soundwave hosts plenty of workshops to cater for complete beginners to more technical advice for your band, events, gigs and plenty of air time on our own radio station.

About Soundwave

Lewes District Council has been proud to host its audio festival 'Soundwave’ since 2005. Soundwave takes place over February have term and features workshops and events hosted by industry professionals across the district.  All activities have been specifically designed to engage young people, aged 11-18, and encourage participation in aspects of music, performance and dance.
