Artwave Festival
<P>Artwave is the visual arts festival for the Lewes District which showcases the work of our local artists and makers. The annual event usually starts on the August Bank Holiday weekend and last for two weeks. </P>

The deadline for returning entries is Friday 17th April 2009. Forms received after this date cannot be guaranteed entry into the Artwave brochure.
Visit the Artwave website for further information and details of how you can particpate. The entry fee for Artwave 2009 remains at £55 per venue.
Artwave 2008 provided a showcase for 485 local artists and makers who exhibited work in 75 venues across the Lewes District. Our evaluation shows that Artwave 2008 attracted around 17,000 visitors and generated sales for local artists of over £75,570, (from 60% of participants so actual results will be higher.)
