Visit our new Enjoy Sussex website which contains comprehensive lisitings of over 100 featured accommodation establishments, room availability and visitor attractions, along with many useful contacts for visitors choosing the area for a day trip or short break. The Enjoy Sussex Partnership only promotes accommodation that has been assessed by Visit Britain or the AA. This way, visitors can be confident that the establishment they choose to stay in has a national standard of quality. Look out for the 1 to 5 star ratings as an indication of quality when choosing your accommodation. The partnership also produces an annual visitor guide with accommodation and attraction listings for visitors to the area. The visitor guide is supported by a national media campaign and acts as a marketing tool to whet the appetite of new and repeat visitors to the area.. Launched in early January, the Enjoy Sussex 2008 visitor guide can be found at Lewes and Seaford tourist information centres, or a free postal copy can be ordered from our fulfilment house. Simply call 01271 336173, or email lewes.tic@lewes.gov.uk to receive your free copy today. To download a copy of the Enjoy Sussex 2008 Visitor Guide, please see 'relevant documents' at the bottom of this page. The main objective of the partnership is to promote tourism throughout rural Sussex by pooling resources and forming a larger and more recognisable destination, including The South Downs, Lewes, Seaford, Horsham and The Ashdown Forest, thus creating a stronger and more competitive brand. As a destination Enjoy Sussex already welcomes almost 15million visitors a year, which generates an estimated £628million for the local economy and supports over 10,000 FTE jobs.
