Friston Forest

Friston Forest, near Seaford, provides hundreds of acres of mixed woodland with trails ideal for walking, mountain biking or orienteering.

Eight miles north of Lewes lies Ashdown Forest, stomping ground of Pooh Bear and AA Milne, his creator.
