When we decide if permission should be granted we may take into account safety issues, any reduction in value of the premises, and any costs which might fall on the Council in the future. Please complete the application form ‘Application for Permission to alter Council property’ by following the link at the bottom of this page. A copy can also be obtained by phoning 01273 484261. When you return your completed application you should provide a sketch plan of any alterations, what materials you intend to use, and any other information such as Architects plans or brochures from supplying companies to give us an idea of what you propose. It is also essential that you seek planning permission if it is required. If you require any further information please contact your Area Maintenance Officer. |
