You are considered as threatened with homelessness if you are likely to become homeless within 28 days. In general you will not be eligible if:- You are a person from abroad and subject to immigration control, except for some Asylum Seekers. If you think you may lose your present home, get advice immediately. You should not leave your present home whilst you have a right to remain there.
