You can get involved in local decisions that affect your community in a variety of ways such as joining a Tenants and Residents Association or taking part in Street Meets with housing staff.
Getting Involved in Housing Decisions

You can get involved in district-wide housing decisions to help us improve our service in a variety of ways, from taking part in our Annual Conference, to having a say via email.
Getting involved in Checking and Improving Housing Standards

You can get involved in checking and improving our housing services, by becoming a Tenant Scrutineer, Tenant Inspector or Mystery Shopper.

To help you get involved we offer training, can pay your costs and provide help and assistance from Tenant Participation staff.
