The benefits are calculated and paid by Lewes District Council to all entitled residents of the district. To receive these benefits you must make a claim with Lewes District Council. If you are claiming Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance you are also entitled to make a claim for HB or CTB at the same time. The level of benefit that you receive will reflect your current circumstances, i.e. your household, your rent, your income and your savings.
