Bring Sites
We operate over 130 mini recycling sites across Lewes district. These are in addition to our kerbside recycling service which makes collections from households.
Our mini recycling sites are known as 'Bring Sites'. As the name suggests, this requires you to bring your waste to them for recyling, rather than it being collected from you.
The Bring Sites are located around the district in places where people are already likely to visit e.g. car parks and supermarkets. Use recyclenow to find the nearest site to visit.
A range of bins accept different waste types for recycling. While across the district we do have bins for all kinds of waste, not all sites are the same.
Our downloadable guide gives details of which recycling materials are accepted at each of our sites.
To make good use of the mini-recycling centres please see our downloadable flyer for further information. If you are a business you should not leave any commercial waste at any of the mini-recycling centres. Please contact Customer Services for guidance.
