Statement of Community Involvement (SCI)

Existing Status

The Statement of Community Involvement (SCI) sets out how, and when, the District Council will undertake public and stakeholder consultation in relation to the Local Development Framework (LDF) process and in determining significant planning applications.

After following the legal process for the preparation of the SCI it was adopted by the District Council in February 2006.

The adopted document can be viewed at the Council offices at Southover House, Southover Road, Lewes, at local libraries, purchased at a cost of £15.00 plus p+p or viewed below.
