Checklist for all potential new development sites

The District Council will be reviewing all potential sites for development for all land uses in the District in order to assess their relative sustainability and identify the most appropriate sites for inclusion in the emerging Local Development Framework (LDF) for the period 2006 - 2026.

If you have a site that you wish to be considered for inclusion in this period then please complete the Site Checklist Form and return it to the planning department.

This is without prejudice to the ultimate inclusion or exclusion of your site from any future development documents
