Building Regulations Full Plans Application			To be used when approval is required for building works to residential buildings. Must also be used where a sewer is being built over. Any works to commercial buildings ie offices, factories, schools, shops, care homes, hotels etc	WBR2 Mar 09

Building Regulations Regularisation Application			To obtain approval for works undertaken without Application previously obtaining consent. Will involve opening up of elements of the structure to carry out inspections. Can only be used where work was carried out after 11 November 1985.	WBR39 Mar 09
