Planning application fees are detailed on the Scale of Fees sheet below each application form. Charges for other services provided by Planning and Building Control are set out in this leaflet -  Planning Services Charges (other than application fees) (49kB) . Please note: These charges apply from 1 April 2009.

Householder Application for Planning Permission			For householders to apply for building works. These forms may only be used for works to individual houses or bungalows, NOT flats. For works to flats use 'Planning Permission Applications'.
