What can I do about dog fouling? If you see someone allowing their dog to foul, and not clearing up afterwards, try & take a note of the date, time, location and details of the dog owner (if known). If someone is allowing a dog to foul outside your house we may be able to help, as long as it is not the frontage of your property. Telephone our Animal Wardens on 01273 484354 to discuss the problem. We do not provide Poop Scoops to dog owners. These should be purchased from Supermarkets or Pet Shops, although we will occasionally distribute them for promotional purposes. Dog bins have been erected in many areas of the district to encourage dog owners to pick up after their pets. Occasionally these bins may become full and the bags overflow onto the ground below. Please telephone 01273 484999 (our Community Services Section) to report this. |
