How do I get rid of or control rats or mice?

We treat rats, whether indoors or out, and mice only in the house.

This is a free service for rats for all domestic householders. Businesses and others will be charged - please see *Fees and Charges.

Our aim is that all requests will be actioned within three full working days (where requests are received before 10am).
