Animal Welfare

• Dead animals

  We are responsible for arranging the removal of certain wild and domestic dead animals from public highways and rights of way.

• Importing animals

  Regulations are in place when importing animals into the UK. This differs from within the EU. Defra control and approve importation.

• Responsible Dog Owners

  There are several points to consider before owning a dog. We advise those thinking about keeping a dog to follow our guide to be responsible.
