Our services include:
- Homelessness and housing advice
- Housing register
- Special needs housing advice
- Allocations
- Nominations to social landlords (housing allocations)
- Nominations to other low cost housing schemes
- Identifying current and future housing needs in the district
- Drawing up action plans to meet local housing needs
- Seeking funding for new social housing
- Working in partrnership with a range of agencies and organisations to provide affordable homes
