Legal Services - Services

The Legal Services Unit on occasions provide legal services and assistance to town and parish councils and to other organisations working in partnership with the Council.

The Estates Unit manages the council’s landholdings which comprise a number of industrial estates and other properties, and ensures the council is provided with valuation expertise.

The Local Land Charges Unit processes local authority searches and maintains the local land charges register.
