The Council's normal hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays. 

Outside of these hours, you can leave a message by calling 01273 471600. 

For emergency repairs to council houses please ring the duty maintenance officer on 07860 524969.
