If you are not content with the outcome of this internal review, you then have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a review of the decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: FOI/EIR Complaints Resolution Information If, however, you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled, e.g. attitude of staff member, inappropriate advice/assistance given you are entitled to submit a complaint using the Council’s Complaints Procedure - see http://www.lewes.gov.uk/council/521.asp Re-use of Public Sector Information RegulationsIf you are not happy with the Council’s actions under the Regulations, please email alan.batty@lewes.gov.uk or write to him at Lewes House, 32 High Street, Lewes BN7 2LX. Mr Batty will determine the complaint and reply within 20 days. If you are not content with the outcome of this internal review, you then have the right to apply directly to the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI).
