The Council Plan
This brings together many of our achievements over the past year and sets out a programme to improve services for the public in coming year.
The Council Plan is separated into two parts and uses a simple key to illustrate our achievements and performance.
Part 1
This contains our priorities and action plans and is published each April. It provides general information about us, a summary of our progress and achievements and a forward look at what we plan to achieve in the current year.
Part 2
This contains our Performance Report and is published in June each year. This sets out our performance against a basket of key performance indicators across our services and functions.
