The Council Plan 2016 to 2020
The Council Plan sets out our priorities and key projects up to 2020.
Council Procurement
Lewes District Council currently spends almost £20 million annually on externally procured works, goods and services. Much of this spend is with Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
Lewes District Regeneration Portfolio
Lewes District Council has identified development and regeneration opportunities for up to 48 sites within their ownership across the District. The Council is seeking interest from potential partners to help deliver regeneration and other benefits.
Audit Arrangements
The Internal Audit service ensures that the Council's internal control environment is operating effectively. Independent external auditors also review our arrangements and performance and summarise their findings in a letter each year.
Health and Safety Policy
Through the way we work and behave, Lewes District Council will, so far as is reasonably practicable, take the necessary steps to ensure the Health, Safety and Welfare of all our employees at work.
