Running your own business is a daily challenge and it can be difficult to take time out, step back and look at the bigger picture. The key issues of business planning, increasing profitability and reducing costs can often get over looked. A fresh pair of eyes can make a huge difference to the way you work and the results achieved.

Lewes District Council, working with Business Link, has organised a programme of FREE business clinics providing an opportunity for local businesses to discuss their key concerns with an independent expert. Each session will last just one hour, so that your time away from your business will be kept to a minimum. These clinics will be held at various locations between June and October with five sessions available on each date.

Tuesday 17th June,  Lewes District Council, Southover House, Lewes
Wednesday 16th July,  Seaford TIC, 37 Church Street, Seaford
Tuesday 16th September  Lewes District Council, Southover House, Lewes
Thursday 16th October  Newhaven Enterprise Centre, Denton Island, Newhaven

Each clinic will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your specific business issues with an experienced Business Link Advisor. Any subject may be covered including finance, sales and marketing, staffing, business planning or regulatory requirements and at the end of the clinic you will have a series of actions to consider.
