Lewes District Council are pleased to welcome local landlords to a special event on Wednesday 16 April 6-8pm at Newhaven Enterprise Centre, Denton Island.

If you are a landlord with properties in the Lewes District area and would like to find out more about what grants and allowances may be available, then come along on Wednesday evening.

There will be a number of presentations and exhibition stands on topics relevant to renting out property including:

• Local Housing Allowance
• Energy Efficiency Grants
• Lewes District Council Rent Deposit Scheme
