The Local Channel is a free information exchange for communities across the UK, with a dedicated section for our district.
Friends, neighbours and local groups can build your own community website together without needing any technical skills or special software.
Keep in touch with everyone, find out about local events, advertise your group, club or organisation and much more.
All not-for-profit organisations as well as town and parish councils in the Lewes District have the opportunity to benefit from a free community website.
We have joined with The Local Channel to encourage our local communities to take advantage of free website facilities.
The Local Channel is helping to create vibrant, online communities that tackle issues of local concerns such as policing, planning and the environment.
This provides local councils, clubs, societies and not-for-profit organisations with fully-functional, easy-to-use websites.
