Bereavement counselling

Allowing yourself to grieve is an important part of getting over the death of someone close to you, but it can sometimes be difficult to cope. Many people feel overwhelmed by what they are going through and may need help getting through it. Thankfully there are now a wealth of bereavement websites, counsellors and groups that offer support.
