Join our Community Rangers as they host several guided walks each year around the beautiful nature reserves of the district.
This site in the heart of Lewes was designated a Local Nature Reserve in 1995, saving it from development.
This site lies adjacent to Newhaven Fort occupying a prominent position on the cliff tops to offer spectacular views over the Ouse Estuary, the Downs, Seaford Head and out to sea.
The site is a series of woodland and heath land habitats that intersperse with Peacehaven Golf Course.
This former brickyard is located on the Seaford sea front in a dip in the landscape and occupies a former tidal inlet.
The site is set in 44 hectares of Downland and encompasses three large fields, offering spectacular views over the Sussex countryside.
