Nursing agency licences

New providers of these services will be required to register with the Commission for Social Care Inspection before they can commence their operations.

Registration is the process through which the Commission for Social Care assesses whether those who wish to operate services for children and vulnerable adults are suitable to do so, and whether services will be operated safely and in accordance with regulations and standards set by Government.

As a provider of a social care care or nursing care service, they will need to apply for registration to the commission.
