Newhaven Business Centre

Opened in November 2007, Newhaven Business Centre provides small furnished incubator units, larger unfurnished business units suitable for office or general business use, and units specifically designed as workshops with direct external access.

All of the units in the Centre are let on a two week 'easy in - easy out' licence agreement, which means that a business can stay as long it pays the affordable fully inclusive licence fee but move out with just two weeks' notice.
