Service Standards

In addition to our Customer Charter we have adopted the following service standards that you can expect from us.

We will:

  • Aim for our website to be available at least 99.5% of the time ie. less than 7 minutes a day when it is not working

As part of our efforts to make sure that this web site delivers what our users want, we monitor standards and usage, website availability and respond to the 'Better Connected' annual report commissioned by the Society of Information Technology Management (SOCITM).
